Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Technology & Automation Specialist to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and implementation of automation and digital solutions for mining equipment and systems.

This role focuses on minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and supporting customers through automation, data analysis, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for automation and technology systems
  • Troubleshoot issues related to RCS, automation, and mining equipment systems
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support technology initiatives
  • Support warranty claims, parts supply, and service reporting
  • Partner with product teams to deploy and optimize new technology solutions
  • Analyze data to improve system performance and customer outcomes
  • Manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate technical findings and service activities to customers and internal teams

Skills
– Technical or trade school certification, or equivalent experience
– 3+ years of experience in automation, mining technology, or related field

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with automation systems and mining technologies
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%)
  • Valid driver’s license required
