Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Network and End User Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations while providing high-quality end-user support.

This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable IT environments, supporting business operations, and optimizing systems and network performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Deploy and manage cloud services, including Azure integration with on-premise systems
  • Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure and protocols
  • Provide second-level support for end users across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, OS updates, and workstation setup
  • Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure and backup systems
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Manage IT incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance
  • Lead user training sessions and maintain IT documentation
  • Collaborate with teams on IT projects, system design, and infrastructure improvements

Skills
– 10+ years of experience in IT systems, networking, and end-user support
– Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong expertise in systems and network administration
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with IT service management and ITIL practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
