Job Summary
Mariana Minerals is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to manage engineering design, deliverables, workflows, and coordination across internal and external engineering teams.

This role focuses on project engineering execution, cross-discipline coordination, document control, vendor coordination, design reviews, approvals, and project visibility for critical minerals facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering activities across internal engineering teams, external engineering partners, and vendors
  • Develop project-level designs and associated technical documentation
  • Manage review and approval workflows for engineering documents, vendor submittals, and project deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-discipline engineering reviews across process, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and construction teams
  • Track engineering deliverables and action items using logs, trackers, and registers
  • Ensure engineering activities remain aligned with project schedules
  • Lead technical interface management between disciplines, vendors, and EPC partners
  • Resolve engineering gaps, coordination issues, and project interface challenges
  • Organize and lead model reviews, design reviews, and coordination meetings
  • Capture action items and ensure follow-through across project teams
  • Support document control processes and engineering deliverable management
  • Assist in building and improving digital project execution tools and automated workflows
  • Provide project progress updates and support improved project visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or a related discipline
  • 7-15+ years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, EPC/EPCM environments, or industrial project support roles
  • Familiarity with EPC project workflows, including document control, design reviews, RFI management, vendor coordination, and multidisciplinary engineering processes
  • Proficiency in project engineering and project management activities and tools
  • Experience with project planning, document management, risk management, and engineering deliverable tracking
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical disciplines
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and EPC teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment under schedule pressure
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and technical coordination skills
  • Interest in critical minerals, responsible mineral sourcing, and industrial project execution
