Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Sr HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles across the US & Canada.

This role focuses on strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and building high-quality pipelines to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and specialized roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct search and market intelligence
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles
  • Manage recruitment processes, assessments, and offer negotiations
  • Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
  • Track recruiting KPIs and optimize hiring performance

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
– 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

  • Strong experience in leadership hiring and executive search
  • Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and recruiting platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyze talent markets and recruitment data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in mining or industrial sectors preferred
