Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts and tools for production.

This role focuses on machining operations, quality control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture complex parts
  • Load materials, replace tools, and perform machine setup procedures
  • Monitor tool wear, apply offsets, and ensure product quality
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Handle nonconforming products and complete production documentation
  • Follow production schedules and close shop orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturability

Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Experience with CNC machining and production environments

  • Knowledge of CNC milling and turning equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and machining procedures
  • Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls, G-codes, and M-codes
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
