Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Director of HR Regional Center of Excellence (US & Canada) to lead HR operations, systems, and service delivery across a complex, multi-entity region.

This role focuses on building, scaling, and transforming HR infrastructure while supporting business growth, operational excellence, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across US & Canada supporting 2,000+ employees
  • Manage and develop a team of 20+ HR professionals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems
  • Drive HR transformation, process optimization, and service delivery improvements
  • Manage HR budgets, vendors, and financial planning
  • Support M&A integrations and organizational scaling
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
– 12+ years of experience in HR operations and leadership roles

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in HR shared services or RCoE environments
  • Knowledge of US & Canada employment laws and compliance
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
