Job Summary
Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Sales Associate with a technical background to support commercial growth across defense, automotive, and industrial sectors.

This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, developing customer materials, conducting market research, supporting strategic customer engagements, and helping build long-term commercial relationships for clean critical metals production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in defense, automotive, and industrial sectors
  • Develop customer proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for executive stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support commercial strategy
  • Track pipeline progress and maintain CRM and internal reporting tools
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, preparation materials, and follow-ups for customer and partner engagements
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders
  • Support commercial expansion across strategic sectors
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to commercial and external audiences

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product strategy
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and strong sense of urgency
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong interest in making an impact through clean critical metals production
  • Ability to understand technology and support customer-facing commercial conversations
