Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a District Manager to drive sales performance, dealer development, and market growth across the North Eastern United States.

This role focuses on territory management, dealer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic planning and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through account management and solution-based selling
  • Support dealer onboarding, training, and promotional activities
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Support trade shows, field demonstrations, and customer events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial strategies

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
– 5+ years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing dealer networks and multi-state territories
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
