Location: Milwaukee, Mosinee, Wisconsin; Dexter, Michigan, (Central United States – Remote)

Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales performance, dealer development, and contractual business growth across the Central United States.

This role focuses on territory management, revenue growth, and strengthening dealer and customer relationships through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share
  • Manage dealer relationships and support business planning initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth through account management and solution-based selling
  • Sell contractual and non-contractual products across all business lines
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Support trade shows, demonstrations, and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial strategies

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred)
– 5+ years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing dealer networks and multi-state territories
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
