Job Summary
Mariana Minerals is hiring a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale hiring operations across technical and business roles.

This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting coordination, ATS data management, onboarding logistics, and recruiting process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview workflows
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
  • Assist with job postings and role updates across platforms
  • Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics
  • Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline health
  • Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting operations
  • Ensure an exceptional and high-touch candidate experience

Skills
– 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar operations role
– Experience with ATS platforms and calendar tools preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • Calendar management and interview scheduling experience
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in startups, operations, and building scalable processes
