Job Summary
Mariana Minerals is hiring a Head of Recruiting to build and scale a world-class talent function that supports the company’s rapid growth.

This role focuses on company-wide recruiting strategy, recruiting operations, hiring infrastructure, recruiting analytics, team leadership, and scalable hiring programs across technical and business roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company-wide hiring strategy across technical and business roles
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
  • Design and optimize recruiting operations, processes, systems, ATS tooling, and workflows
  • Drive recruiting as a structured program with clear planning, tracking, metrics, and hiring goals
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and translate business goals into hiring plans
  • Implement scalable interview processes focused on consistency, strong signal, and candidate experience
  • Improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity through operational rigor
  • Manage external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors when needed
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Own recruiting data, analytics, reporting, dashboards, and funnel health metrics
  • Use recruiting insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire
  • Build and scale strategic recruiting programs including talent pipelines, university recruiting, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion initiatives

Skills
– 15+ years of recruiting experience
– 7–10 years of experience in recruiting leadership roles

  • Experience scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
  • Strong recruiting operations experience, including process design, tooling, and systems
  • Program and project management experience applied to hiring
  • Experience hiring across technical and business roles
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Executive communication skills
  • Experience building recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems
  • Ability to design scalable interview processes and hiring programs
