Job Summary
Komatsu is seeking a Mine Platform Customer Enablement Manager to drive customer adoption, deployment, and optimization of its Mine Platform across global mining operations.

This role combines product, technical, and customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on secure, scalable platform implementations in mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer enablement and adoption of the Mine Platform
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmap inputs
  • Partner with engineering to improve platform deployment, security, and performance
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new platform capabilities
  • Define deployment standards, reference architectures, and best practices
  • Lead onboarding and technical enablement for customers
  • Act as trusted advisor on secure architecture and operational practices
  • Guide integrations across networking, cybersecurity, and Kubernetes platforms
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and playbooks
  • Conduct workshops and customer engagement sessions
  • Ensure secure configurations across networking, identity, and data flows
  • Support troubleshooting of complex deployment and integration challenges
  • Provide feedback from field deployments into product improvements

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
– 5+ years in technical roles (IT, product, customer enablement)

Additional Experience May Include

  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience with OT/IT integration in industrial environments
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, PKI)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
  • Experience in industrial, mining, or IIoT environments
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
