Job Summary
Komatsu is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to design, optimize, and govern global IT infrastructure across enterprise environments.

This role focuses on enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and global-scale IT operations across Azure and Microsoft ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global infrastructure architecture across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft systems (Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID)
  • Lead enterprise architecture alignment with business and IT strategy
  • Support identity and access systems (SSO, MFA, RBAC, conditional access)
  • Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure, integrations, and cloud hosting
  • Support disaster recovery planning and high-availability strategies
  • Evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies
  • Lead cloud migrations and support M&A integrations
  • Develop technical documentation and operating procedures
  • Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
– 5+ years of experience in identity and access architecture and implementation

Additional Experience May Include

  • Experience with identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows Server (2012–2022) and Windows 10/11
  • Experience with endpoint management (Intune, SCCM)
  • Understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, LAN/WAN)
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with enterprise storage (SAN, NAS, cloud backups)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM platforms
  • Understanding of DevOps and modern software development practices
  • Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery architectures
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
