Job Summary
Perpetua Resources is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead all logistics, transportation, and supply chain activities for the Stibnite Gold Project.

This role ensures the safe and efficient delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel in a remote and complex mining environment, supporting construction and early operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Logistics Management Plan aligned with project schedules
  • Coordinate delivery forecasts with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams
  • Optimize supply routes considering terrain, weather, and regulatory constraints
  • Oversee transportation of materials, heavy equipment, and personnel
  • Manage trucking, heavy haul, and aviation contractors
  • Ensure fleet availability, maintenance, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate warehouses, laydown yards, and storage facilities
  • Implement inventory tracking and documentation systems
  • Ensure safe handling of oversized and hazardous materials
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and contractors
  • Monitor contractor performance and service levels
  • Manage logistics budgets and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with mining, transportation, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
  • Maintain documentation for shipments, permits, and inventory
  • Provide updates to project management on logistics performance

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • 8–15+ years of logistics management experience in mining, heavy industry, or construction
  • Experience in remote logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of heavy haul transport and oversized loads
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Experience May Include

  • PMP, CSCP, or similar certifications
  • MSHA or OSHA safety certifications
  • Experience in remote project logistics and complex terrain operations
