Welcome to WeMineUp, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by WeMineUp, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform​

WeMineUp, LLC provides a job listing platform for employers in the mining industry and job seekers located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Post misleading, false, or deceptive information;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, integrity, or security of the Platform.

2. Account Responsibilities 

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Job Listings and Applications

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings. WeMineUp, LLC does not guarantee job placement or verify applicant qualifications.

4. Payments and Refunds

Employers may purchase Standard or Featured job listing packages. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are only granted in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on WeMineUp, LLC, including logos, trademarks, and written material, is the intellectual property of WeMineUp, LLC or its licensors.

6. Disclaimers

WeMineUp does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We provide services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeMineUp, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Delaware courts.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

WeMineUp, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
