Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and implementing sustainable improvements.

This role focuses on applying structured methodologies to enhance performance, reduce waste, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze process inefficiencies through data and process mapping
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement strategies
  • Coach teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement practices
  • Track performance using KPIs, dashboards, and visual management tools
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation (SOPs)
  • Drive adoption of best practices and sustain long-term improvements
  • Support operational excellence across multiple business functions

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
– Experience in continuous improvement or process optimization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and data interpretation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving change initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process documentation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments
