Job Summary
Epiroc is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, inventory management, and production planning operations for a major manufacturing facility.

This role focuses on ensuring material flow, optimizing inventory, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop supply chain teams including buyers and planners
  • Define and execute supply chain strategies aligned with plant objectives
  • Oversee purchasing and supplier management to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Manage inventory levels, production planning, and material flow
  • Lead S&OP processes and ensure alignment with production schedules
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for performance and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and risk mitigation across supply chain activities

Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
– 7+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and production planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor)
  • Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
