Job Summary
Resolution Copper is seeking Shift Mechanics to support underground operations and maintenance activities across critical mining infrastructure.
This role focuses on maintaining mechanical systems, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting safe and efficient underground operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance on underground and surface equipment
- Execute maintenance tasks based on work orders and schedules
- Identify equipment defects and report performance issues
- Support asset reliability and defect elimination processes
- Maintain assets within CMMS frameworks and procedures
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical certifications required
- 5+ years of mechanical experience in operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Understanding of MSHA and OSHA regulations
- Valid driver’s license
Additional Experience May Include
- Experience in underground mining environments
- Experience with heavy mobile equipment and plant systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
