Job Summary
Intrepid Potash is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee warehouse operations supporting mining activities in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

This role is responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing warehousing processes to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse personnel, including coaching, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and full physical inventories
  • Maintain warehouse security protocols and safeguard materials
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis
  • Investigate and report safety and environmental incidents
  • Develop warehouse reports and analyze operational data
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 7+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations

Additional Experience May Include

  • Experience supervising teams in industrial or mining environments
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations
  • Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and process management
