Job Summary
Climax Molybdenum is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of work across mining facilities.

This role focuses on coordinating teams, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting production through effective maintenance planning and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
• Assign and review work to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Implement maintenance and production plans
• Inspect work in progress and resolve operational issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and support team development
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory
• Approve procurement of parts and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Train staff on safety and operational practices

Qualifications

One of the following:

– High School Diploma with 5+ years of operational experience including supervisory experience
– Bachelor’s degree in a mining or technical discipline with relevant experience

• Experience in maintenance or industrial operations
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Experience May Include

• Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes
