Job Summary
Resolution Copper is seeking a Senior Advisor – Health & Safety (H&S) to lead the implementation of health and safety programs across a large-scale underground mining project.

This role focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing health and safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of health and safety programs and initiatives
  • Develop and manage H&S systems, policies, and procedures
  • Support risk assessments and critical risk management programs
  • Conduct incident analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Deliver training, coaching, and workforce development programs
  • Collaborate with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders
  • Support emergency response planning and execution
  • Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field

  • 5–10+ years of experience in health and safety roles
  • Experience in mining, industrial, or major project environments
  • Strong knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience in risk management and safety systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in surface and underground environments

Additional Experience May Include

  • Industrial hygiene experience
  • MSHA Certified Instructor
  • Experience in large-scale project development environments
