Job Summary
Komatsu is seeking a Planner to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations, cost control, and high-quality service delivery.

This role focuses on planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and supporting maintenance operations in mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities based on customer needs and labor availability
• Coordinate day-to-day jobs, outages, and emergency breakdowns
• Monitor service jobs to ensure quality, reliability, and productivity
• Prepare job plans, work scopes, and resource requirements
• Order materials and coordinate logistics (hotels, rentals, transport)
• Track job costs and analyze reports for management
• Prepare invoices and support billing processes
• Maintain records and documentation using digital systems
• Collaborate with supervisors, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Support safety practices and enforce operational procedures

Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
– Experience in planning, maintenance, or operations environments

Additional Experience May Include

• Experience with SAP, CDK, MS Office, and Gantt charts
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to analyze data and manage job costs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with equipment, site processes, and infrastructure
• Experience working with vendors and logistics coordination
