Job Summary
Intrepid Potash is seeking a CBM Technician to support predictive maintenance (PdM) programs through condition-based monitoring of plant equipment.

This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing equipment data to identify potential failures, optimize maintenance strategies, and ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect condition monitoring data including vibration, infrared (IR), and baseline equipment data
  • Download and manage data from analyzers for further analysis
  • Collaborate with CBM Analysts to review data and generate technical reports
  • Support predictive maintenance strategies and prioritize repairs based on severity
  • Monitor follow-up on recommended maintenance actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (MSHA and company policies)
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance reliability programs

Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1+ year of vibration analysis experience

Additional Experience May Include

  • 4+ years of mechanical or industrial equipment experience
  • Certification in condition monitoring technologies (Vibration, IR, UT, Oil Analysis – Category I)
  • Experience in industrial or mining environments
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies
