Job Posting Guidelines
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
At WeMineUp, LLC, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and relevant platform for the mining industry. To ensure quality and fairness for all users, all job postings must adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Eligible Job Types
We accept listings for positions directly or indirectly related to the mining sector, including but not limited to:
Mining operations and engineering roles
Environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professionals
Technical and equipment specialists
Geologists and surveyors
Logistics, finance, and HR within mining companies
Internships and training programs in mining
We reserve the right to reject job listings that do not align with the mining industry’s scope and standards.
2. Job Listing Requirements
To maintain consistency and help candidates easily find relevant opportunities, each job listing must include:
Clear Job Title
Company Name and basic profile
Location (or specify “Remote” if applicable)
Employment Type (Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, Internship)
Job Description: Duties, responsibilities, and expectations
Qualifications & Experience required
Application Instructions or direct apply link/button
Listings must be written in English, be free of grammatical errors and typos, and use professional tone and language.
3. Prohibited Content
Job listings must not include:
Inaccurate, misleading, or exaggerated information
Content that is discriminatory, offensive, or violates U.S. labor laws
Commission-only jobs without full disclosure
Listings promoting MLMs, affiliate programs, or unpaid “opportunities” disguised as jobs
External job board links used solely to redirect traffic
Spam, duplicate postings, or keyword stuffing
4. Posting Standards
Each job should be posted only once and under the most relevant category and location.
Reposting the same job to “bump” visibility is not allowed; consider upgrading to a Featured listing.
Listings expire after the designated time:
30 days for Standard posts
45 days for Featured posts
5. Review and Removal
WeMineUp reviews postings regularly. We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing that violates these guidelines or that we determine to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to users. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
