Job Summary
Resolution Copper is seeking a Manager – Health, Safety, and Security to lead the implementation and performance of health, safety, and security programs across a large-scale underground mining project.

This role focuses on strategic leadership, team development, risk management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead health, safety, and security programs and performance plans
  • Manage and develop H&S and security teams
  • Implement policies and procedures aligned with regulations
  • Oversee risk assessments, audits, and inspections
  • Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver training programs for workforce and contractors
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support emergency response and security programs
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field

  • Significant experience in health, safety, and security roles
  • Experience in mining, industrial, or major project environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience in risk management and compliance systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional Experience May Include

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • MSHA Certified Instructor
  • Experience with emergency response or mine rescue programs
